Today is the second day of my journey on The 17 Day Diet, and I came across the resource17 Day Diet Blog.
They have several resources (yes these are my affiliate links) to help you stay on track with The 17 Day Diet. Here is my video overview of the site. The pricing is reasonable and will be increasing on January 7, 2013. But if it is your goal to slim down before summer, this will be a great additional support to your success!
By the way I am 145.2 as of this morning, down 2.2 pounds. Totally would love to see 139 by next week. Breakfast was numilicious, if I do say so myself. Scrambled eggs, avocado, cheese, salsa, all wrapped up in lettuce.
Lunch was a tuna fish salad, with chopped up red onion, yellow bell pepper, pepper, balsalmic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
My snacks for today? A delishes ambrosia apple, and some yogurt. Then my dinner will be stove top grilled chicken lettuce tacos.
For days 3 and 4, I am going to do this 2 day detox which I also found on the 17 Day Diet Blog.

P.S. The one thing I am not doing that I need to do is my 17 minutes of exercise, that is on the list for tomorrow!
