This is also day 8 of the 17 day diet. I did not loose but did not gain. I am at 143.4 again today. I also got my exercise in from walking around the expo floor.

However, it evolved into a tool for bloggers to make some extra income and grow their blogs through links.
Yes they will pay bloggers to put recipes on the site, and link back to the blogger.
This community is to:
Get you noticed
Increase your traffic
Pays you for page views
Look you don’t have to be a food blogger to join either, I am sure you have a one or two good recipes in you. Plus the links back to your sites do not have to be to recipes.

All social media has a learning curve… Stop using that as an excuse as to why you are not using Google plus yet.

Google Authorship – they now know what you are writing, know who you are and what content you are associated with. social signals is where the web is moving.
You want to get on G+ for the search, your content that use to be on page 20 in places like Facebook or lost in the Twitterverse are now seeing you first before other peoples content.
No automation real people, not a bot… a real active attentive audience.
Local brick and mortor you need to be on Google Local, if you are not on Google Local your business is not coming up. Link to Google+ page so you can control your brand.
Social Media Brand Advocate
In electronic commerce and online advertising a brand advocate is a person, or customer who talks favorably about a brand or product, and then passes on positive word-of-mouth messages about the brand to other people.
You can not be push marketing on Google+ you must be more engaging.
Share content that makes you real brand or person no one wants to see a 24 hour commercial.
People are investing money into people on Google+, so if you where wondering if you could make money there yes.
