Inner skinny girl is happy, woke up to 142.8 on the scale. Woot! So as stated today I am doing the day one of the two day detox. So I made a video for you because 4.6 pounds is alot to celebrate. Breakfast was a smoothie and lunch the chicken salad. My snack will be a whole cucumber, (I am not even hungry I don’t know how I am going to eat all this food!) then dinner will be chicken and steamed asparagus and more salad!
