Can you believe it, it's almost here! The time of year Amazon FBA Sellers eagerly await because it's like printing your own money.
I have mapped out a plan to reach my goals during Q4, have you? This Q4 for myself I want to pay off any debt I incurred this year like I did last year. I love the feeling of going into the new year with no debt.
I reached my second goal from last year which was a new vehicle which ended up being a 2018 Toyota Rav4.
I just got a passport and I can't wait to get my first stamp in it. This year of course there is more, but I won't bore you with my wish list. Do you have your wish list already to?
In September and the beginning of October I begin stocking up on my supplies for shipping into Amazon and also Merchant Fulfilling items. You will find my must have items list at the bottom of this post.
Then I start looking for the links to join my favorite Q4 groups, I only have 2 and I am co hosting (totally stoked) one of them. This year I partnered with The Selling Family for BoloMart a Place to Find Bolos and More… our Facebook group for Retail Arbitrage finds.
Some sellers don't realize they need guidance during October so they can build their Q4 cash Budget with profitable items. My first Q4 was 2012 I started smack dab in the middle of it and I had not clue what I was doing. Yet I made enough to help move my family and a few more things, not knowing what I was really doing. 2013 was my first full Q4 I did not realize how important the cash flow was and the most import week that I should of had funds to spend, I did not and the deals that where missed because of this still cause me pain.
Another thing most new Amazon sellers miss out on is Merchant Fulfilling… Please trust me if you are afraid to Merchant Fulfill “GET OVER YOURSELF” that is my PSA for you. You will get tips for cashing in on Merchant Fulfilled orders (and assistance to make sure you are qualified to Merchant Fulfill during Q4). In 2016 alone I processed about 1300 Merchant Fulfilled orders, partly from the tips of being part of a Q4 group. The two screen shots below did not include any of my FBA sales.
Here is what I did last year 2017 Q4 same time frame:
2015 was my first year Merchant Fulling because I spent 2013 and 2014 being a big chickity chick chicken. I walked into Toys R Us and they had a full shelf of Disney Descendants Dolls that had been shared in the Q4 group I was in.
That day I learned a priceless lesson: You buy them all, you clear the shelf. By the next morning I had sold out of what I had bought, and you better believe they where no longer on the shelf at Toys R Us.
If you are not Merchant Fulfilling you are losing all kinds of easy money!
