This was Revolt Now Fitness Week 7., this was a big time “Fail” week for me. Planning is everything when it comes to succeeding. As you know I attended Bloggy Boot Camp this past weekend, so I did not do my shopping on Saturday or my cooking on Sunday to make it successfully through the week.
Let me be clear, my going to Bloggy Boot Camp has nothing to do with this weeks failure, it was my lack of planning that resulted in this weeks failure.
I don't own a microwave by choice so I usually cook 2-3 times during the week. With the above missed shopping day and cooking day along with playing catch up, I was just completely overwhelmed and I choose to give in to it.
I would not of traded those days at Bloggy Boot Camp, but I would have made sure I had a better plan in place. Am I quitting? Absolutely not! I did not miss any of my workouts so I feel I did not completely fail, but I did not do my “Running for Beginners”. I will just get right back up and make this coming week a great one with workouts and eating according to the plan.
Nichole says this happens so I am just going to chalk it up and get on with it. I can not stress enough how important it is to plan in advance to be successful with any weight loss plan.
Now for a little reminder to myself why I am doing what I am doing and hopefully a little inspiration to you so you will join me.
